We look forward to welcoming athletes, fans and outdoor enthusiasts to experience everything our park and community have to offer.”
The event is free to the public. In addition to the competition, visitors can explore the park’s whitewater rafting and more.
“We are thrilled to bring the Pan American Championships to Montgomery Whitewater Park,” said Jed Hinkley, slalom competition director for the American Canoe Association. “This venue proved itself as a world-class competition site when it hosted the Olympic trials last year.
