Let’s Do This Partners with HotelPlanner
Collaboration simplifies the booking process for endurance event organizers and participants

The collaboration will see HotelPlanner’s infrastructure integrate hotel booking options into the Let’s Do This system. The integration is expected to roll out this year, with select events offering bundled ticket-and-hotel packages soon after.
“HotelPlanner’s cutting-edge technology and vast network of hotel partners will ensure that participants can access the best rates and accommodations tailored to their event needs,” said Tim Hentschel, chief executive officer of HotelPlanner. “We already look after the hotel needs for thousands of athletes each year and our partnership with ‘Let’s Do This’ will elevate event travel by offering convenience and value in one cohesive platform.”
Hotel options will now be included during registration for endurance events for event organizers and participants. Event organizers will also have the ability to create bundled packages that combine event tickets and hotel stays. Let’s Do This will handle hotel marketing by sending email and text campaigns that promote hotel options, while organizers can monetize travel through bundled ticket-and-hotel packages.
