The International Skating Union has announced the appointment of Jessica Roosli as its new chief of events.
In her role, Roosli will lead the ISU’s event strategy, focusing on event presentation, fan experience, commercial optimization and streamlining operations.
“It’s a privilege to join the ISU at such an exciting time for the organization,” said Roosli. “I have always been inspired by the artistry, athleticism and global appeal of skating. I am eager to collaborate with the talented team at the ISU and work with the ISU members to elevate our events, connect with fans in new and dynamic ways, and showcase the incredible skills of our athletes on the world stage.”
Roosli has held leadership roles with organizations such as the NBA — including a role in launching the NBA In-Season Tournament — Volleyball World, Nike, UFC and the Red Bull Air Race. A former U.S. Alpine Ski Team athlete, Roosli spent over a decade working on Alpine ski races for the International Ski Federation.
